About Amplify Culture™
This Is How Our Journey Began
Amplify Culture™ was developed to address a persistent gap in gender-based violence response: professionals may understand that cultural responsiveness matters while still lacking the practical skills to apply it consistently when supporting survivors.
Amplify Culture bridges that gap through a survivor-centered, standards-based methodology designed to strengthen culturally responsive competency and help institutions build sustainable internal capacity.
Why It Was Created
Survivors do not experience gender-based violence or the systems designed to support them—in the same way. Culture, identity, lived experience, community, and systemic conditions can all influence how survivors understand violence, seek support, make decisions, and navigate healing.
Amplify Culture was created to help professionals move beyond one-size-fits-all approaches and develop the skills needed to respond to survivors with greater cultural understanding, adaptability, and responsiveness.
