Amplify Culture™ Certification prepares professionals within your institution to become Certified Amplify Culture Facilitators. Through a structured, skill-based certification experience, participants develop the knowledge and practical competency needed to facilitate the Amplify Culture methodology with consistency and fidelity.
Institutions may certify up to 12 professionals through each Certification engagement.

What Certification Includes
Amplify Culture™ Curriculum
A structured, standards-based learning experience designed to strengthen culturally responsive competency in gender-based violence response.
Applied Learning & Practice
Participants move beyond conceptual understanding through skill development, facilitated practice, and teach-back opportunities.
Pre- & Post-Assessment + Outcomes Reporting
Assessment and reporting provide insight into participant learning and development across the Amplify Culture Standards.
Participant Workbooks
Guided learning materials that support reflection, skill development, applied practice, and continued learning throughout the Certification experience.
Facilitator Toolkit
Resources, implementation guidance, and fidelity tools that prepare Certified Amplify Culture Facilitators to deliver the methodology consistently within their institution.
Digital Credentials
Successful participants receive a digital badge recognizing them as Certified Amplify Culture Facilitators, and the participating institution receives a digital badge recognizing its status as a Certified Amplify Culture Institution.
Ready to Explore Amplify Culture™?
Upon successful completion, participants become Certified Amplify Culture Facilitators. Certification develops internal facilitator capacity; implementation of the Amplify Culture curriculum within the institution requires appropriate Organizational Licensing.
